New Reporting Standards for Registered Charities

It is important that community organisations are aware of the new reporting standards, which became effective from 1 April 2015 and will be enforced in 2016.

Please go through the Charities Services website and discover which tier your organisation falls under and ensure you are prepared for the next reporting round.

NZ Navigator is an online self-assessment tool that has been developed for New Zealand community organisations to help identify the organisation’s strengths and weaknesses.

NZ Navigator now has three assessment modules to ensure that it provides an effective self-assessment tool for every organisation within the voluntary and community sector.

Any community organisation can access the tool by registering their details on the website www.nznavigator.org.nz.
